SCHOOL LEADERSHIP

Visionary Guidance, Global Perspective.

Ms. Aer

Executive Director,Founder & Licensee
Our Educators Speak
Khru Air founded Chiang Mai Montessori in 2010 with a clear and enduring vision: to create a school where children are deeply respected, supported in their natural development, and inspired to grow into confident, capable adults prepared for an ever-changing world.

Grounded in the principles of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), her approach places the needs of the child at the heart of every decision.

Her lifelong commitment to education is guided by the belief that schools should be nurturing environments—not just for academic growth, but for the development of independence, resilience, and joy in learning. This vision continues to shape the direction of CMM today. After more than a decade of growth, including new initiatives such as the WOWS nature learning center and the creation of a successful football academy, Esara FC Evolution, CMM remains closely connected to the community in which it was founded. Khru Air continues to be actively involved—supporting staff, welcoming new families, and guiding the school’s evolution—while also focusing on new ways the school can serve children and families into the future.
